Data & Account Deletion

1. What account deletion means

Deleting your account removes your StarMeet profile and the personal data we hold about you. The action is permanent and cannot be undone — once deleted, your data cannot be recovered.

3. What gets deleted

We permanently delete your profile, your birth charts, your psychology test results, your chat history with the AI features, your matches and connections, and your push notification tokens. Any active subscription is cancelled at the same time.

4. What we may keep

We may retain a small number of anonymized records that the law requires us to keep, such as financial transaction logs or abuse-prevention records. These cannot be linked back to you and contain no usable personal data.

5. How long it takes

In-app deletion is usually immediate. In all cases your request is fully processed within 24 hours.

6. Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app, email privacy@star-meet.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request" from the address linked to your account. We process email requests within 30 days.
