Terms of Service

1. Service Description

StarMeet is a multilingual personal-development web platform offering personality assessments, psychological self-discovery tools, sidereal astrology charts and AI-driven self-reflection consultations powered by Google Vertex AI. Free features include test results, your own kundali chart, and limited AI chat (currently 3 free AI questions per account). Premium subscribers receive unlimited AI consultations and access to all their saved horoscopes, compatibility and pair analyses.

2. Subscriptions and Billing

StarMeet Premium is a recurring monthly subscription. Pricing varies by country and is shown at checkout in local currency. You authorise StarMeet (via our payment processors) to charge your payment method automatically each billing period until you cancel. Indicative pricing is published at star-meet.com/pricing.

3. First-Month Price

First-time subscribers pay a reduced price for their first month — currently $1 plus applicable tax (₹99 in India, incl. GST). A valid payment method is required. After the first month the subscription renews automatically at the regular monthly price for your region (plus applicable tax outside India) unless you cancel before the renewal date. The reduced first-month price is available once per customer.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time from your account settings or by emailing contact@star-meet.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid period — you retain access until then. We do not pro-rate refunds for partial months unless our Refund Policy applies (see Section 5).

5. Refund Policy

First-time subscribers may request a full refund of their first full-price charge within 14 days of that charge, for any reason; the reduced first-month payment can likewise be refunded within 14 days of it. Other charges are non-refundable. Full details, eligibility criteria and request instructions are published at star-meet.com/refunds.

6. Payment Processing and Merchant of Record

Subscription payments on the website are processed by Dodo Payments acting as our Merchant of Record and authorised reseller. Dodo Payments sells and invoices your subscription and collects and remits applicable taxes (VAT, GST, sales tax). Refunds, payment disputes and tax invoices are handled by Dodo Payments. Subscriptions bought inside the iOS or Android app are sold by Apple or Google under their own terms.

7. Educational and Reflective Purpose — Not Professional Advice

Content on StarMeet — including personality test interpretations, astrological readings and AI consultations — is provided for educational, entertainment and self-reflection purposes only. StarMeet is not a substitute for, and does not provide, medical, mental health, legal, financial, tax, investment or psychic services. We do not predict the future, diagnose conditions, or provide professional advice. Do not delay seeking advice from a licensed professional based on anything you read here.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on star-meet.com — including blog articles, calculation algorithms, design, software and AI prompt templates — is the property of StarMeet and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without written permission. Generated personal test results and chart readings remain yours.

9. Limitation of Liability

StarMeet is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, StarMeet, Vadim Arkhipov (autónomo) and our affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for direct damages is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Prohibited Use

• Reverse engineering, scraping or automated extraction of AI responses
• Sharing subscription credentials with non-paying users
• Using the platform to harass, defame or harm others
• Attempting unauthorised access to backend systems or APIs
• Creating multiple accounts or submitting false data to abuse free questions or first-month offers

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Spain. Any dispute shall first be addressed by good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, the courts of Málaga, Spain shall have exclusive jurisdiction, except where consumer protection laws of your country grant you the right to sue in your local courts.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email to active subscribers at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
